Social Media Graphics
Working to develop social media graphics, stories, stickers, hashtags and contests on IG; geotags on Snapchat; social campaigns that tell a story; building and engaging with audience and other campus partners; helping to maintain a social calendar and plan future posts; respond to DMs on IG.
As of January 2018, Instagram has added a feature letting users add fun, expressive gif stickers to their stories. From bouncing letters and twirling hearts to dancing cats and pizza in space, these animated stickers help you make any photo or video funny, interesting or creative. These stickers allow the public to interact more with Cal Poly Housing, which makes them feel more connected with the brand. These stickers help take Cal Poly Housing’s marketing and PR to the next level, or rather, the same level as students- rather than being seen as unconnected, cold, and distant.
